Tell us about your day
Stairs, carpet, a tight bathroom, a bus ride. Where you go decides what you need.
Try it here
Walk, sit, turn and transfer with it in the store, not just look at it.
Set to your measurements
Handles, seat height and footrests are adjusted while you stand or sit.
Leave with the paperwork
An itemized receipt and what your plan needs to process the claim.
Bring the prescription. We'll handle the rest of the forms.
Every benefit plan and funding program has its own rules. Tell us which one you have when you contact us, and we'll tell you what it needs before you buy.
- A prescription or OT recommendation, if your plan asks for one. Most do for wheelchairs and scooters.
- Your plan or member number, so we can check what is covered.
- An itemized receipt from us, listing each piece of equipment separately.
- Help with the claim if your plan sends it back asking for more.
